Hi! I'm Eddie! I live in Benicia, but I love to work and play in Walnut Creek, and the surrounding area. For most of my life, I was in healthcare, but I was left unsatisfied caring for others in the worst possible time of their lives. It left me feeling emotionally exhausted with a different outlook on life. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2021 but didn't transition into a full-time agent until 2022. In that time, I was able to close on 7 transactions including 2 listings, one of them right out the gate. Some of the highlights that I have experienced have been negotiating a $225k over list price for my first listing, obtaining a $20k sellers credit for one of my buyers, and using appraisal gaps to get into escrow, beating out 15 offers. My approach to real estate is on a personal level. I like to understand my clients and listen to their needs. I have been able to close on homes with buyers who thought they would never own a home. I love meeting new people and hearing their story, but what I love about real estate the most is handing over keys to a first time home buyer who didn't think homeownership was ever possible. There is no better feeling in the world.
I am a divorced father of three children, one of which lives with me full time. I came out shortly after separating from my ex-wife and now I am living the best life! I am partnered and for the first time in my life I am experiencing happiness, joy, and love. When I am not showing homes or listing them on the MLS, I like to lift weights, watch scary movies, or play video games with my teenage son. I also love making candles and I give them away to my clients when we close on their home, sellers and buyers.
